Information you provide

When you request the Focus Audit by email, we collect your email address and record your signup choice, time, and source. The current signup form also asks for consent to focus tips and occasional KlevrMind offers. You can instead download the audit without joining the email list.

When you contact support, we receive the information you include, such as your email address, question, and order reference. Please do not send sensitive personal information or payment-card details.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver requested files, manage subscriptions, answer support questions, handle refund requests, maintain consent records, and prevent misuse of the signup service. We use marketing consent for focus tips and occasional product offers. We do not sell your email address.

Service providers and purchases

Hostinger hosts this website and its signup endpoint. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs.
Resend processes email delivery and contact subscription records.
Gumroad handles checkout, payment processing arrangements, receipts, and paid downloads. We can use order information available to us to support purchases and refunds. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Google Fonts supplies website fonts. Your browser requests fonts from Google, which receives technical request information such as your IP address.

These providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws and lawful access requests. Their own privacy policies also apply to their services: Hostinger, Resend, Gumroad, and Google. Contact us with questions about these service arrangements.

Website preferences and security

The focus slider answer stays on the page and is not sent to us or saved. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser. Website analytics are currently disabled; checkout and email providers may keep their own service records.

The signup endpoint uses coded representations of email and IP addresses to limit repeated requests, and keeps a coded email identifier with the signup consent record. These security and consent records do not make the signup anonymous: Resend receives the actual email address for delivery.

Keeping information

We retain subscriber information while it is needed to manage your subscription, and support information while needed to resolve your request. Order and consent records may be retained longer when needed for legal obligations, disputes, or evidence of consent. A limited suppression record may be retained to respect an unsubscribe request. Contact us to request deletion; we will explain any information that must be retained. Removing information from our systems does not automatically remove records held independently by Gumroad or other providers.

Your choices and requests

To stop marketing emails, email support@klevrmind.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. You can also use an unsubscribe link where provided. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent messages needed to fulfil a purchase or answer a request.

Contact the KlevrMind Team through the email or mailing address above to request access, correction, deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. We will address requests in accordance with applicable privacy law.

We will update this page when our practices change and seek additional consent where required for a new use of your information.
